I thought it was just an issue with Edge, but it is also present in Chrome and Firefox. The problem here is that Evernote hasn't updated it with any sort of hi-res assets, so it's super blurry, which is frustrating.įinally, I figured I could just use it on the web, but when trying to edit a document, the screen jumps around, making text entry nearly impossible. I've used that on my Mac and really like having a standalone app. Then I downloaded the desktop app via the Evernote site. Cons: the scaling is terrible, and all the text is super tiny, with seemingly no way to change it. Pros: it's designed for touch, and takes advantage of the hi-res display. At first, I downloaded Evernote Touch from the Windows store. However, I've long been an Evernote user, and I'm having a heck of a time getting it working the way I'd like on the S3.

So far it's been pretty good, I like that I can do the vast majority of the things that I was previously doing on two devices on just this one computer. I recently picked up a Surface 3, checking it out as a replacement for my 11' MacBook Air and iPad mini.
